Elder Law Solutions is a full-service estate and long-term care planning law firm with an office located in the beautiful and historical downtown Newburyport. We focus our practice on planning for seniors and for families with children with special needs.

Our hiring process is deliberate and somewhat lengthy because we are seeking individuals who will become permanent members of our dynamic firm.

Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an energetic administrative assistant to join our team at our busy estate and elder care law firm in Newburyport. Ideal candidate will be responsible for both administrative and secretarial tasks during flexible part-time hours.

Duties include answering telephones, client communication and correspondence, clerical duties, scheduling and confirming meetings. Excellent computer and word processing skills are required.
